ONE-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY

 

This Warranty Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which Firetableology, LLC DBA Ledivy having its registered office at 30 N. Gould St., STE N Sheridan, WY 82801 ("Ledivy" or "we" or "our" or "us") provides a limited warranty for certain gardening tools sold through our website - https://ledivy.com/ (“website”).

 

This policy will be applicable to the products you purchase on our website (https://ledivy.com/) on or after August 15, 2023. However, please note that items acquired before this date will not be included in the coverage provided by this policy.

 

This warranty is designed to provide peace of mind to our valued customers by ensuring that our products are free from manufacturing defects and suitable for normal use. Please carefully review the following provisions to understand your rights and responsibilities under this Policy.

 

This Warranty Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy statement.

 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS WARRANTY POLICY

By placing an order for the products listed on our website (https://ledivy.com/), you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Warranty Policy.

 

2. ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND OPTIONAL EXTENDED COVERAGE

This policy outlines our 1 (one) year limited warranty, which provides coverage for products purchased on or after August 15, 2023. Additionally, we offer extended warranties of 2 (two) and 3 (three) years for an extra fee, allowing you to choose the level of coverage that best suits your needs.

 

3. SCOPE OF WARRANTY

This policy will be applicable to the products you purchase on our website (https://ledivy.com/) on or after August 15, 2023. However, please note that items acquired before this date will not be included in the coverage provided by this policy.

 

This limited warranty applies exclusively to the following gardening tools:

• 15-inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with 2 Extension Wands
• 20-inch Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner with Wheels

 

It's important to note that the warranty coverage extends exclusively to the two above named Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner models. This ensures that customers who invest in these specific products can benefit from the confidence that they are protected against potential manufacturing defects and issues that might arise during normal usage within the stipulated warranty period.

 

4. WARRANTY COVERAGE

Ledivy warrants that the aforementioned Pressure Washer Surface Cleaners are free from manufacturing defects and are suitable for normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This coverage is limited to defects that arise during proper use of the equipment as intended by Ledivy. It's important to note that this warranty is contingent upon the equipment being used in a manner consistent with Ledivy's recommended guidelines. This means that any defects or issues that arise due to deviations from these guidelines or improper handling are not covered under this warranty.

 

5. EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE

Please note, this warranty does not cover the following:

• Excessive Use or Improper Care: It excludes damage caused by the excessive or undue use of the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner, or any harm resulting from improper care and maintenance of the equipment.
• Physical Damage: Damage resulting from external forces or physical impact, including but not limited to collisions, drops, crushing, or exposure to extreme conditions, is not covered under this warranty. This encompasses situations where the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner is subjected to undue stress, force, or unusual circumstances that result in impairment of its structural integrity or operational functionality. Any instances of damage caused by factors beyond normal use and care shall not be eligible for warranty coverage.
• Improper Storage, Disassembly, Modifications: Damage arising from improper storage practices, unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or attempts at repairs by individuals not authorized by Ledivy are excluded from warranty coverage. Altering the equipment's design or attempting unauthorized repairs can compromise its integrity and functionality.
• Post-Warranty Period Damage: This warranty ceases to be valid after the expiration of the one (1) year period from the original date of purchase. Any damage that occurs after this specified duration is not covered under the terms of this warranty.
• Use of Unapproved Accessories: Damage caused by using accessories, parts, or components that are not approved or recommended by Ledivy for use with the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner is excluded from warranty coverage.
• Environmental Factors: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extreme weather conditions, environmental elements, or corrosive substances that can adversely affect the equipment's performance. Protecting the equipment from adverse conditions is the customer’s responsibility.
• Commercial or Rental Use: Damage occurring during commercial or rental use of the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner is not covered by this warranty. The warranty is designed for personal or residential use, and any commercial or rental use falls outside its scope.

 

6. PROCESS FOR CLAIMING WARRANTY

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must follow these steps:

• Contact Ledivy's Customer Service via email at contactus@ledivy.com or by calling 888-802-6655.
• A Customer Service Agent will assign a Warranty Return Code (WRC) and provide the customer with the relevant code and return shipping address within three (3) business days.
• The customer has up to one (1) year from the date of purchase to ship the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner to the designated address.
• Upon receipt, Ledivy will assess the equipment and either repair the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner or provide a replacement, as deemed appropriate by Ledivy at its sole discretion.

 

7. COVERED DEFECTS

This warranty covers defects that arise due to normal use or manufacturing defects. Normal use refers to the intended purpose and operation of the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner in accordance with Ledivy's product instructions and guidelines.

 

8. REQUIRED CUSTOMER INFORMATION

In order to process a warranty claim, the customer is required to provide the following information:

• Customer's full name
• Original ordering address
• Order number

 

We may at times ask you to send photos and/or videos of the product showing the defect. You must promptly provide us with all the requested information.

 

9. DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Ledivy for the covered products. Ledivy disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ledivy's liability for any claims arising out of or related to this warranty shall be limited to the purchase price of the Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner.

 

11. UPDATES TO THIS WARRANTY POLICY

We may add to or change or update this Warranty Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Warranty Policy periodically. Your use of the website after any amendments to this Warranty Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
